About Me

Hi, I'm Jonathan.

I've spent 15+ years working in operations, procurement, learning and development, and technical writing, mostly for a large multinational non-profit organization, and now as a freelancer.

Over that time, I've led projects, managed teams across many countries, written or edited thousands of pages of documentation, and helped organizations run more smoothly. I've done everything from unloading shipments in a warehouse to directing a global training academy for a 3,000-member team.

What I care most about is doing good work and being easy to work with. I ask good questions, I listen, I keep you updated, and I focus on what you actually.

A client once described my work as requiring "zero rework." That's what I aim for every time.
